By using PokerAIO on the web or in the iOS app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Play money only
PokerAIO is a social poker game. Chips have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or transferred outside the game, and nothing here is a wager. Do not use PokerAIO to settle real-money bets between players; we have no part in any such arrangement.
Who can play
You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and allowed to use the service under local law.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google or Apple sign-in secure. Guest accounts live on one device and cannot be recovered if the device's data is cleared. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Fair play and conduct
- No cheating: no collusion, no bots or scripts other than the ones we provide, no exploiting bugs.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or spam in chat, usernames or avatars.
- No uploading content you do not have the right to share, or that is sexual, violent or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may remove content, reset chips, close tables or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice.
The service
PokerAIO is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We can change, pause or stop features at any time. Tables and chip counts may be lost during outages or deploys; we try to avoid it but make no guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload (such as avatars). You give us the right to store and show it inside the game so that other players can see it, for as long as it is on your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date above tells you when they last changed.
